Chris Torto, CEO at Ascenty in Brazil is a US Citizen and permanent resident in Brazil since 1989. He was cofounder and CEO of VIVAX the second largest Cable TV operator in Brazil, took public in 2006 and subsequently sold to Net Servicos for US$1.2B in 2007. He was also the CEO of Voyager which he took public in 1999 and sold to a telecom company in 2000 for US$500m. Chris has a business Administration degree from the University of Maine and an MBA from Harvard.
